Payment policy

Payment can be made by credit card through Paypal. We will also accept cheques and money orders, if preferred, and if arranged with us at the time of purchase.

Please contact us before writing a cheque or buying a money order. Please note that if you pay by cheque, it will take longer to receive your merchandise, as we will wait for the cheque to clear before sending your items.

Return policy

You may return any item within 30 days of purchase, unused and unmarked. Please note we do not refund the return postage of the item. We also realize there are always exceptional situations and we will work with you to find a solution in such cases.

Shipping policy

We ship within two business days of ordering. If we are unable to do so due to stock back-ordering, for example, we will let you know within that two-day period and give you an explanation as well as a timeline for delivery. We send the packages by regular parcel post, so cannot guarantee what the post offices will do.
